Today’s trucking world requires drivers that are not only skilled at operating a commercial motor vehicle but can also handle the ever-changing technology and regulations associated with the trucking industry. At Lancaster County CTC, our vigorous, hands-on curriculum is designed to prepare the student for a confident professional career in the trucking industry. We offer a 4-week day class, or a 7 week night class. Our curriculum exceeds FMCSA’s regulations for ELDT.  Students train in late-model, well maintained equipment, the same equipment the industry is currently using.

At Lancaster County Career & Technology Center we also work closely with companies to provide company specific training to potential future drivers. We not only provide the student with the knowledge and skills to obtain their commercial driver’s license (CDL), but also with the skills needed to hit the ground running.
